Tracy Data Solutions works with organisations whose day-to-day operations run on data: goods moving through bonded warehouses, commodity contracts turning into invoices, freight and customs registrations that have to reconcile exactly.
We do three things, usually in this order:
- Understand the model. Before anything is built, we map how the business actually works and how the current data reflects — or misrepresents — that. This is the part most projects skip and most projects regret.
- Build the system. We build on TSQL.APP, so what we deliver is inspectable, changeable and not dependent on us. Your own DBA can read every line of it.
- Stay useful. Systems that touch customs, invoicing or stock are never "done". We support, extend and hand over.
Domain expertise
- Agri-trade and commodity trading — contracts, transaction headers and lines, cost registrations, rebates and prepayments, and the path from order to invoice.
- Warehouse management and bonded goods — stock movements, colli-level tracking, customs registration and reconciliation.
- Logistics and freight — shipment structures, landfreight, document flows.
- Invoicing and financial mapping — GL and VAT mapping, debit/credit pairing, invoice generation from operational events.
